Admissions Requirements

Kindergarten

  • 5 years old by September 1
  • Must be fully potty trained
  • Demonstrate readiness to begin school based on entrance testing and informal assessments
  • Family Interview

1st Grade – 6th Grade

  • Passing grades in all subjects in an unmodified program for 2 consecutive semesters at the time of application; working academically on grade level in all courses as demonstrated by academic records.
  • Previous report cards and coursework indicate positive performance
  • Entrance testing
  • No major behavioral issues from previous school
  • Family Interview

PreK-4

  • 4 years old by September 1
  • Must be able to drink independently from a cup
  • Must be fully potty trained
  • Family Interview

All fees are non-refundable. All tuition payments and fees can be made with cash, cashier’s check, personal check, or via PayPal. Payments via PayPal will include transaction fees.

Admissions Process

  • Fill out Application (and pay application fee)

  • Evaluation Testing

    Once application is complete and fee is paid, you will be contacted with instructions regarding testing.

  • Family Interview

    Once testing scores are received, you will be contacted to schedule and take part in a family interview including parents/guardians and the child.

  • Letter of Acceptance

    You will be contacted that your child is either accepted or not at this time.

  • Enrollment (and pay enrollment fee)

    Once accepted and you pay the enrollment fee, your child’s spot will be reserved for the upcoming school year.

Tuition Payment Options

  • One time, up front payment

    5% discount on total tuition

    Made on or before June 1 of the upcoming school year

  • Bi-annual Payment Schedule

    2.5% discount on total tuition

    Made on or before June 1 and December 15

  • 12 Month Payment Schedule

    Made on or before the 5th, June- May

  • Payment Forms

    Payments will be accepted in the forms of cash, check, cashier’s check, or PayPal. PayPal payments will include additional fees. Checks can be mailed to PO Box 992, Midlothian, TX 76065.

  • Late Fees

    A late fee of $25 will be charged for payments assessed after the due date.
